Does the world really need another blog?
This is the question I’ve been asking myself for the last few years, and the reason I’ve not done this sooner.
Quite frankly I find the whole ‘blogger’ phenomenon quite cringey. But the reason I want to create this blog is because I find myself telling my friends and family about important things that can affect their health on an almost daily basis – important stuff that shocks me that they don’t know about. And if they don’t know about it (even my boyfriend, who’s super healthy) then the likelihood is that most the population probably don’t either.
So here I am. Creating a blog with the purpose to share all the information about health (and a bit of beauty) that I’ve gathered from researching and testing over the last ten years or so – but in a simplified, easily digestible format, with a top line summary for those who don’t have the time to read the full article.
I’m by no means an expert in any of the fields I write about, but everything I share will be backed by research from several sources.
Unlike other blogs, the intention is not to preach or push a certain lifestyle. It exists to solely to inform, so that the lifestyle choices you make are educated, and therefore ultimately yours.
